What is Om (Aum)?

Know that Om chanting is NOT a religious practice. It is a universal syllable.  It is a cosmic sound which initiated the creation of the universe.  It is science. Modern science is just scratching the surface of this Ancient Vedic Science.

Om is a sacred sound of the Divine.  It is a mysterious expression of the infinity, timelessness, eternity and wisdom.  Om (vibrations of the Om) is our true nature or higher self,  the core of our inner being.  This holy monosyllable is the first sound of the creation. It is the nectar of immortality, the light of all lights and the life of all lives.  It is an eternal melody of love, peace and harmony.  Om means fearlessness, Om means protection, Om means acceptance, Om...

Sit cross-legged or in a chair with spine straight and feet flat. Close your eyes then take a few deep breaths and relax... Listen to the Moola Mantra with your heart, feel its vibration with your whole being  (option: let be that your meditation) then you can read and chant from your soul to connect to Divine Energy and experience a high vibration of peace and joy.

Any spot where Nature can be enjoyed is perfect!. Any place where the breeze can be felt, where the sound of trees can be heard, where the melody of the birds can be enjoyed. Where the energy of the sun can be absorbed is sweet!! It can be as simple as setting on a corner of any room, with a plant or two and  play nature sounds. You Create your OM spot.

Breath and Mudra to Let it All Go

Sit cross-legged or in a chair with spine straight and feet flat. Rest left hand on left knee with middle finger behind index finger and other two fingers lock down with thumb. Raise right hand to chin level with index finger pointed up an other fingers curled under thumb. Close your eyes and move index finger rapidly in small circles for 1 to 3 minutes. Then take a few deep breaths and relax

Set some time for Healing, Yoga and Meditation.
