At the time of the appointment 15 minutes previous the session we'll briefly talk about the emotions or ailments you need to heal and 15 minutes after the session to review your experience and what you need to continue doing after session. REMOTE or Long Distance healing takes place at the comfort of your own home or any part of the world you may find yourself. You will receive previous instructions to the session to prepare, create a peaceful, relaxing and empowering environment. Session and experience is exactly the same as if you are in person. You will be contacted at the time of the appointment. 15 minutes previous the session will briefly talk about the emotions or ailments you need to heal, you will be guided step by step into an optimal mental/emotional state, will be in silence during the healing process. After an hour or so I will bring you back slowly to review your experience and what you need to continue doing after session for an other 15 minutes.
